More and more elementary and high school children are facing issues such as poor posture, weak muscles and back and knee pain, especially during rapid growth periods. Modern lifestyles, such as prolonged sitting and reduced physical activity, further exacerbate these problems. The consequences are not just physical — poor posture and lack of motor skills often affect children psychologically, lowering their self-confidence and their ability to cope with challenges

The Kinesis Junior program is designed to address these issues. Our expert team uses specially tailored exercises to:

Correct poor posture,

Strengthen the muscles and

Prevent problems that occur during growth.

The program includes activities aimed at developing basic motor skills and addressing specific issues such as head protraction, knee and back pain and improving posture. All exercises are customised to the individual needs of each child and are done in an engaging and motivating way.

Through this program, children not only develop healthy physical habits but also gain the necessary knowledge as to how to responsibly and effectively take care of their bodies. Our mission is to help them prevent injuries, build self-confidence and lay the foundations for lifelong vitality.
